When it comes to finding movies each person will enjoy, the best approach is often to go with the “three movie cycle,” where the girl gets to choose a movie, the guy gets to choose a movie, and then the two get to choose a movie together; in this way, each person will be able to be assured of at least two movies out of every three that they will enjoy.

Of course, this also presents the problem of “selecting a movie that both people will enjoy”; even though the two people may have totally different tastes in movies, it can help to figure out which movies each person enjoys, and then to establish which genres your couple should select from when selecting a movie together.
And when you are trying to select a movie together, an even better way is sometimes to establish which actors and actresses each person enjoys; typically, an actor or actress will be in the same types of movies, which will help the couple decide on movies they enjoy together – and at the least, each person will be able to watch an actor or actress they truly enjoy!
It is not difficult to ensure that each member of a couple is happy when it comes to picking movies, as long as you keep this method in mind and make sure you are taking this approach!
